The latest edition of the Australian Beverage Council’s Kids Drink Guide (KDSG) offers a list of drinks for every age group.
It includes a number of beverages, including soft drinks, energy drinks, herbal teas, coffee, tea, water and cider.
It also includes the best beer for kids, the most popular fruit drinks and the top five drinks for older kids.
It has also been updated to include the top 10 snacks for each age group, and some of the best ways to enjoy fruit and veg.
The drink list comes from a survey conducted by the Australian Institute of Health and Welfare’s Beverage Association, which surveyed 1,000 adults, families and carers about their drinking habits and lifestyle choices.
